Now that your mind is reeling with possibilities, let’s talk about what the process looks like (because I’m sure you have questions)!

The Design Intensive Process:

Discovery call

First, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what design projects you hope to accomplish with the VIP Day. We’ll chat about what I think is possible and get everything needed before our design day starts. This is also when we’ll establish your priorities and determine if it could make sense for you to have “designer for a day” on your calendar several times throughout the year (if you’re a batching queen, you’re going to love this).

Book Your Day

Second, we’re getting this baby on our calendars!  We’ll find a day that works for you, sign the contract, and pay the design day fee.

Pre-Design Call

This third step happens the day before your “session.” We will chat for about an hour. The objective is to review everything you have submitted so far (based on the questionnaire I send), and have a gameplan of what I’ll be designing during our day. I’ll also make sure I have any necessary design specifics- fonts, logos, colors, etc.  This is critical for our success.

Design Day

Woohoo, the day has arrived! You can expect: I’m getting to work and pumping out ALL the amazing ideas and designs.

During this 8 full hours of design dedicated to your project(s), I’ll be in touch throughout the day with the progress of the day to get feedback or ask any questions that may come up.

At the end of the day, your to-do list will be completed! BIG SIGH OF RELIEF!

Once we wrap up, you’ll have one week to receive any additional support/ ask your questions (this is not design time, but instead troubleshooting, file naming, file formatting, etc).

I can’t wait to learn more about you, your business, and all of the ways we can work together through Designer for a Day. Please send me a note for more!
