Q. What can be customized?
When you submit the purchase and complete your form, it will ask you your brand name, tagline if applicable, and anything relevant to the specific brand you are purchasing. You can use the color palette provided OR let me know what colors you would like it changed to.
Q. How many revisions do I get?
You will receive 1 round of minor revisions after viewing your customized brand. These may include color adjustments and spacing adjustments. Font selections or icons will not be updated.
Q. Do I receive the font files?
Legally, the font file needs to be licensed to you. You will receive a brand board listing out the fonts used in your brand for you to purchase if you choose to, although not necessary to use your logo.
Q. What file types will I receive of my new brand?
You will receive the EPS (vector), PNG, and JPG version of your brand. You will not receive any working customizable Illustrator files.
Q. What if I want more in depth customizations made?
If you are wanting something more customized, then a custom brand may be a better fit for you! These brands have limited custom options so I can keep the price and timeline minimal.
Q. Can I see my brand customized before I purchase it?
No, since each brand takes time to customize, you will need to purchase it before seeing the customizations.
Q. What is your refund policy?
Since the time will have already be put into customizing your brand after the first proof, there are no refunds given on the semi-custom brands.
