What's the time comittment?
Minimum 3-month retainer, billed at the beginning of each month. After that, you can adjust or cancel with 30 days notice.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, with 30 days notice. No surprises, no penalties.
How are you billed?
Retainers are billed at the beginning of each month.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, but you can adjust your package month-to-month based on your needs. Think of it as flexibility built in.
Frequently Asked Questions
How will we communicate and assign tasks?
We communicate via Slack, Asana, or ClickUp—whatever platform your team prefers. I am also available for a complimentary 30-minute call each month to discuss projects.
What are your turn around times?
Standard turnaround is within your normal project workflow. Larger projects require 2 weeks notice. Revisions are included in your monthly hours.
What if I need more than my allotted hours a certain month?
Additional hours are available at your retainer rate, making it easy to scale up when needed.
I don't know how many hours I need, can you help?
